The original function of illuminated designs, an artisanal profession inherited from middle ages, was to ornament the most beautil manuscripts.
Books such as "le livre de chasse" by Gaston Phébus, "les Très Riches Heures du Duc de Berry" or even "les Grandes Heures d'Anne de Bretagne" are known throughout the word. The profusion oftheir miniatures, the refinement of their drawings, the sumptuous colours and realistic shapes are all characteristic features of medieval art.
Today, I wish to present this ancestral know-how with an innoative approach.
By releasing an illuminated design from a book or a frame, developing graphic designs, decoration and volume, I offer a contemporary style.
